The first layer is technical: data is hosted on secure, resilient European infrastructures, designed to remain available even if a system fails. Everything is handled in compliance with European law.

Il secondo livello è etico: perché un sistema può essere sicuro e, allo stesso tempo, usare i dati in modi che non condivideresti. Per questo definiamo limiti chiari: quali dati utilizzare, per quali finalità e fino a dove la tecnologia può spingersi.
The second layer is ethical: a system can be technically secure and still use data in ways you would not accept. That is why we set clear boundaries around which data can be used, for what purposes and how far technology is allowed to go.

I dati restano su infrastruttura europea, distribuita e conforme al GDPR. La scuola mantiene il controllo; noi li trattiamo esclusivamente per fornire il servizio.
Data is hosted on distributed, GDPR-compliant European infrastructure. The school remains in control, and we process it only to provide the service.
Everyone sees only the information they need for their role. Permissions are defined by responsibility, and every access is logged and traceable.
Non vendiamo né cediamo i dati, non li trasferiamo fuori dall’Unione Europea e non li utilizziamo per addestrare modelli di IA. Nessun automatismo prende decisioni sugli studenti.
We do not sell or share data, transfer it outside the European Union, or use it to train AI models. No automated process makes decisions about students.

Dove sono custoditi fisicamente i dati?Where is the data physically stored?
Su infrastruttura situata nell'Unione Europea e soggetta alla normativa europea e al GDPR. I dati non vengono trasferiti al di fuori dell'UE.
On infrastructure located within the European Union and subject to EU law and the GDPR. Data is never transferred outside the EU.
Chi può accedere ai dati?Who can access the data?
Ogni persona vede solo le informazioni necessarie per il proprio ruolo. Docenti, famiglie e chi gestisce la scuola hanno accessi distinti; ogni accesso è registrato e tracciabile. La scuola mantiene il controllo dei propri dati.
Everyone sees only the information they need for their role. Teachers, families and school leaders have different levels of access, and every access is logged and traceable. The school remains in control of its data.
Usate i nostri dati per addestrare l'IA?Do you use our data to train AI?
No. I dati degli studenti non vengono utilizzati per addestrare modelli di intelligenza artificiale. L'automazione supporta e prepara il lavoro, ma le decisioni sugli studenti restano sempre alle persone.
No. Student data is never used to train AI models. Automation can support and prepare the work, but decisions about students always remain with people.
Cosa succede ai dati se cambiamo fornitore?What happens to the data if we change provider?
I dati restano della scuola. Al termine del rapporto possono essere esportati in un formato utilizzabile e ne può essere richiesta la cancellazione. Nessun vincolo sui vostri dati.
The data remains the school’s. At the end of the contract, it can be exported in a usable format and its deletion can be requested. Your data is never locked into the system.
